CXO Program Overview

The Kanbrick CXO Program is a unique role designed for exceptional
post-MBA talent. From day one, participants are embedded in one of our partner companies, taking on high-impact responsibilities that blend Chief
of Staff scope with hands-on execution of the Kanbrick Business System (KBS) — our proven framework for strategy, talent, and operational excellence.

CXOs partner directly with CEOs, lead cross-functional initiatives, and often play a critical role in acquisitions and growth. It’s an “athlete” position — broad, dynamic, and designed to give you exposure to every facet of building a business.

At Kanbrick, we believe businesses are built by people, not spreadsheets. This program reflects that belief by empowering ambitious leaders to learn by doing, grow quickly, and deliver meaningful impact.

What the Role Involves

As a Kanbrick CXO, you’ll:

Partner with the CEO on strategy and execution.

Drive high-priority projects across operations, growth, and M&A.

Roll out and manage the Kanbrick Business System to strengthen talent, strategy, and performance management.

Support the connection between the company and Kanbrick, ensuring clarity on priorities and outcomes.
